Ball valve has Teflon packing, brass packing nut and stem, large diameter plated blowout proof ball. Model TC 1/2" - 3/4" T-Shaped Ball Valve, Strainer and Union – with four accessory port locations. 20 mesh stainless steel strainer is removable without breaking the main piping. The ball valve has Teflon packing, brass packing nut and blowout-proof stem. Port 1 available with maximum 1/2” tap for bypass line (option T2).

Model YW Y-Strainer with Port Section – Y-strainer, forged brass with 20 mesh stainless screen, removable access and drain cap. Tapped 1/4" FPT ports available for options. 1/2" - 2 1/2" with FPT ends and 1/2" - 1" with sweat ends. Rated at 400 PSIG @ 250° F.

Model CW 2 1/2" - 4" Cast-Iorn Y-Strainer, Flanged – features machined tapered seat, ensures perfect fit for removable, stainless steel screen. 1/4” ports (as shown) available for options. All sizes come complete with flanged blow-off cover, gasket and plug. Install in vertical or horizontal pipe lines with blow-off connection at lower end of screen.

Model UP Union with Port Section – Brass construction. Viton O-ring union, brass nut and tailpiece. Available with threaded (MPT or FPT), solder or reducer end connections. Rated at 400 PSIG @ 250° F. May be ordered with factory installed options.See options list.

Model BF Butterfly Valve – 2” - 8” Cast iron lug-type butterfly valve. Infinite position handle with memory stop. Does not include mounting to other products, cap screws (CS).

Model E2/E3 Two Position, Spring Return Control Valves – Motor drives valve open, spring closes. No flow with thermostat off. 24 volt or 120 volt with 18" leads.

S2/S3 Hose Assembly The fire-rated hose assembly has a braided stainless steel outer band with EPDM inner tube and brass or steel fittings. Hose is tested to 450 PSI and covered by an exclusive 12-month hose and labor warranty. Notes: 1/2"-1" hoses use brass fittings; 1 1/4"-2" hoses use steel fittings.

Customary handles: Micro - A body, Standard - B and C bodies; memory stop, vinyl coated grip. Dual P / T ports with optional for air vent or drain valve. Union, fixed threaded, or sweat with metal-to-metal and EPDM O-ring.

Model UB 1/2" - 2" shut-off Valve with Union Option with large diameter plated ball and Teflon seats. Blowout proof stem with EPDM O-ring. Micro handle on A body, standard handle on B and C bodies; optional adjustable memory stop for shut-off and resetting. Available - union or fixed threaded or sweat connections, metal-to-metal and EPDM O-ring seal.

Pressure/Temperature Test Ports with Superseal P/T plug features dual durometer EDPM (Nordel) internal seals and dual seal safety cap, with retaining strap. Single P/T Port, P/T Port w/ P/T extender, and Dual XL Ports for Kits A & B. Use Pressure/Temp Port in any device with port section. Regular - Hgt. = 1-1/4”, Extended - Hgt. = 2-3/4”. Rated 1000 psig at 270°F.

Manual Air Vent has a brass body and a blowout-proof needle style valve with a side vent. The knurled/slotted top can be sealed finger tight. Rated 400 psig at 250°F.
Knurled, slotted handle manual air vent, use with any port section device. Hgt = 1-1/2”.

Automatic Air Vent is ideal for venting coils. It continuously vents air until the internal float rises to make a seal. The preferred location is on the inlet y-strainer. There is enough pressure drop and turbulence in the y-strainer to bring the air out of solution and vent it before it reaches the coil.

Stem Extender Use to extend accessories to clear 2" insullation (MPT x FPT 1/4" or 1/8"). Extends access valve, air vent, or blowdown.

Memory Stop Use for ball valve devices that do not come standard with memory stop.
Memory Stop for 1/2” - 2” Valves.

Hose End Drain Valve Hose End Drain Valve is a brass ball valve with chrome-plated ball, Teflon seats, plastic handle and a 3/4" hose outlet with cap. Rated 400 psig at 250° F.

1/4" Mini-Ball Drain Valve Mini-Ball Drain Valve has a brass body plastic handle and 1/4” FPT outlet connection. Rated 400 psig at 275°F.

1/4" Dielectric Nipple A dielectric water way preventing galvanic corrosion that normally occurs between dissimilar metals in the presence of water. The Model DN nipple: • Allows six times less current than an insulated dielectric union • Eliminates stray current corrosion • Is lab tested and field proven

Model GF Accessory Flange Adapter – provides a direct transition from flanged components to grooved piping. Metal flange washer adapters are shipped with the unit and recommended for use with butterfly valves and serrated flange surfaces.
